1.表示顺序：

①首先，其次，最后：first of all, besides, last but not least / to start (begin) with, in addition, finally. Firstly secondly thirdly.

②一方面，另一方面：on the one hand, on the other hand

2.表示例证：

①在某人看来：in one's opinion → as far as sb. concerned

②例如：for example /for instance, such as 

③事实上：in fact → as a matter of fact,

3.表示对比：

①相反的：on the contrary

②与……相比：compared to/ in comparison to（后面跟名词或者动名词）, by contrast（后面跟逗号）
