Leading in | Teacher invites students to look at the picture in activity 6 on page 71 and predict the main idea of the passage. | ||||||||

Reading
| 1.Teacher asks students to read the passage in activity 6 on Page 71 for the first time and check their prediction. After reading the text, list out the difficulties mentioned in the text. | ||||||||
2.Teacher asks students to read the passage for the second time and answer the four questions. | ||||||||||
3. Teacher invites some students to share their answers and check up answers. | ||||||||||
4. Teacher guides students to analyze the structure and main points of the reading passage and provides some explanations when necessary. | ||||||||||
| Reading for writing
| 1.Teacher asks students to discuss in groups about the dangerous places they have to survive. | ||||||||
2. Teacher asks students to imagine they have to survive in a dangerous place and plan their story by answering the questions in activity 7. | ||||||||||
