Using qutes adds authrity and accuracy t a news reprt. When using a qute, always intrduce wh yu are quting. In direct speech, use the exact wrds that they said. In reprted speech, remain faithful t what was said thugh yu nt need t use the exact wrding, and remember t use reprting verbs like say, tell r ask.
