    Dctr Seuss was brn in 1904. By the middle 1950s, he had becme ne f the mst successful writers f children’s bks in the wrld. His bks are very ppular with yung readers. They enjy the new wrds and the pictures f unusual animals and plants.
    In 1954, Life magazine published a reprt abut schl children wh culdn’t read. The reprt said many children’s bks were nt interesting.
