To grasp the pronunciation of shadow. You look taller than me.Teaching proceduresStep 1  Warming up & Revision 1. Greet the class. 2. Greet with some individuals by using the sentences How tall are you? How heavy are you? Guide the Ss to answer correctly.3. Show the PPT and ask and answer Whats the weather like in spring? What can you do in spring?4. Discuss with your partner Spring is coming! What changes do you think of? Ask the Ss to look at the pictures carefully, and then tick the right answers.Step 2  Presentation & Practice1. Lead the class to talk about the things people can do in spring.2. Guess the riddle and let them know how shadow change.3. Use the pictures to help the Ss understand the difficult sentences and grasp the important sentences in the story.4. Read the story quickly and choose a title for the story. 5. Read the story carefully and circle Who is younger? When is the ducks shadow longer?6. Read the story again and finish the dialogue.  7.
