Greet the class.2. Walk into the students to greet with some individuals by using the sentences. What do you do on the weekend?  What does your mother do on the weekend? What did you do last weekend?What are you going to do this weekend?Step 2  Presentation & Practice1. Ask students to summarize the function and the structure of the Simple Present Tense, Simple Past Tense and Present Continuous Tense. Then recite them. Change the verbs into different forms.2. Have a match. Say the phrases about play/go quickly.3. Mike visited the farm. He saw people do different things every day. Circle the words in the puzzle, then write down what they do every day. Check the answer together.4. These people are having fun on the farm. Look at the picture carefully, write down three sentences about what they are doing. Then check the answers.5. People did many things on the farm. What did Mike do on the farm? Look at the picture and help him complete the text. Then retell what Mike did on Saturday.6. Say out the comparative degree of the words and check the answers individual. Focus on the irregular words.7. Show some pictures to explain the superlative degree. Read about Mike and Bill’s game and find the important sentences. Step 3  Consolidation & Extension1. Design your own dream farm. 2. Describe your farm with your partner.3. Do the exercises on PPT.  A. Fill in the blanks with right forms.  B. Write the sentences under circumstances.  C. Ask the questions according to the answer. D. Fill in the blanks with right forms to consolidate the usage of comparative degree.  Step 4  Summary & Homework1. Recite the definition of the three tenses.2. Do homework.  Make sentences in different tenses. Reflection
