一、知识目标：

从上可知：此类句型中， 前必须加定冠词the； 前不能加任何修饰词；truble前可加the, 也可加形容词性物主代词。
【精讲点拨】
一、名词后缀-ache表示部位疼痛
head+ ache = headache （头痛）
back+ ache=backache（背痛）
stmach +ache = stmachache(胃痛）
tth+ ache = tthache （牙痛）
ear+ ache=earache （耳朵痛）
heart+ ache=heartache（心脏病）
二、ache 、sre和hurt 的区别：
1. ache 是一个名词后缀，如：tthache , headache
2. sre形容词，修饰名词，指的是身体某一部位的酸痛。如：sre back, sre thrat
3. hurt动词，指“刺痛，使受伤痛”。如：He hurts his leg.他伤了腿。还可以说“His leg hurts.”他腿疼。
三、常用的“疾病”表达方式
(1)“have a + 病症”型，have意为“患有”
如：She has a cugh/ a cld/ a fever. 她咳嗽/ 感冒/ 发烧。
“have a + sre + 发病部位”型
如：I have a sre back/ thrat/ neck. 我背痛/ 喉咙痛/ 脖子疼。
“have a + 部位-ache”型
如：I have a tthache/ headache/ stmachache. 我牙痛/ 头痛/ 胃疼。
“There is smething wrng with + ne’s + 部位”型
如：There is smething wrng with my bike. 我的自行车坏了。
