一、 Revision and lead-in 1.Greetings 2.Free talk:Have you got chopsticks? Can you use chopsticks well? Can you speak English? Have you got pen friends from America? 3.Are Laura and Lingling pen friend now? 二、 Task presentation T: Today our task is to read a letter with Lingling.Who wrote to her? 三、 Text learning 1. T: Listen! What did Lingling tell Laura about her or her school? Let’s watch the CD-ROM and think. OK? 2. Watch the CD-ROM again, answer 3 questions. 1)Has she got a book about America? 2)What has she got? 3)What about her school? 3. Answer the first two questions: She hasn’t got a book about America. She has got some photos about New York. 4. T: Do you know who sent them to her. S:Daming. 5. Open books ,read by themselves and answer the third question: Learn to say the word“Miss”.Make sentences by using the word. 6. Listen and imitate the text. 1)Retell the text 2)Practise:Listen to some sentences and grasp: have got, has got 3)Do some exercise. 四、Practice 1.
