课 题Unit 7 I am not afraid课 型新授课课 时 第1课时教材分析本单元还是以6个部分组成,A部分是对话,要求学生认真听,认真看,并试着说。B部分要求老师以直观方式帮助学生学会并理解课文。学情分析经过一学期的接触,已经对本班学习情况有大致了解。学生已经接触了三年半的英语学习,有一定的基础。有一大部分学生知道自觉学习。但是也有部分同学觉得英语是一门副课,不计算成绩,没有引起足够重视。教学目标1.词汇:(1)能听懂、会说、认读词组afraid, close, tired, difficult, clever, worry, kid.(2)能听懂、会说、认读词汇和短语monster, still , later on. 2.句型:能用“I’m (not)… ”在实际情境中表达自己的感受。3. 能听懂、会说A部分的对话。教学重点能听懂会说,认读,会写新单词afraid,close, tired, difficult, clever, worry, kid.能用I’m not… 在表达自己的感受。教学难点能在正确的情境下用英语Don’t worry .You’re still a kid. Sing a song If you are happy Step2 PresentationNew words教师与学生自由对话,引入新单词。(1) tiredT:Hello.How are you?S1:I’m fine,thanks.And you?T: I’m not fine,I am tired.(出示卡片,tired.板书,并带读) 区分:monster, afraid , afraid ofT: I’m tired, I should do something, Sleep? I shouldn’t sleep in class, I’ll see a picture, Let’s have a look.Look at this monster.(出示卡片monster,板书,并带读)I’m afraid .I’m afraid of the monster. 区分afraid 与afraid of的用法T:Look at the monster here! Are you afraid of it?S1: I’m afraid .I’m afraid of the monster.S2:I’m not afraid .T: What are you afraid of?S1: .I’m afraid of tigers.S2: I’m afraid of lions.S3: I’m afraid of snakes. (2)cleverT: can you guess the meaning of “afraid”Ss: 害怕的.T: Wonderful!You are so clever!(板书clever,并带读) (3)difficult出示一个孩子正在思考一道难题。T:What is the boy doing?Ss: He is doing homework.T: How does he feel? Is he happy?S1: No, He is sad.S2: He is angry.S3:He is tired.T:Why? Because his homework is difficult.(板书difficult,并带读) (4)词汇操练①得用磁带的地道发音带读②头脑风暴 The dialogue (1)Listen and answer不打开书,听课文录音,回答问题Q:Where were the children?(2)Read and answer细读课文,回答问题 此处教授difficultly,注意与difficult进行区分。(3)Read together and thinkQ1: Is Dongdong not clever?Q2:What can you say to Dongdong?(4)Follow the tape跟磁带读课文,模仿正确的语言,语调。 Step 3 Practice我们都爱演:学生分组表演课文场景。可选择场景,也可以添加台词。 Step 4 Homework1、听录音,读课文2、和同伴一起演一演,说一说关于内心感受的句子。抄写B部分的单词,并默写。 学生回答老师的问候; 学生对老师指令做出对应的反应;Sing a song 3、学生根据前面示范,分组完成:师问:I went to bed too late last night.Are you tired today?生回答:S1: Yes, I am tired.S2: No , I am not tired. 4、学习单词monster, afraid。 5、融入句子理解并使用afraid 与afraid of。 4、学习clever,可以和同桌之间对话练习。 5、学习difficult,使用句型,对话练习。 6、教师给学生一分钟的时间抢记单词,然后给出一个单词的首字母,让学生快速说出是哪个单词。 7、听课文录音,回答问题师问:Where were the children?生答: (1):In picture 1, the girls ___________ the monster.(2): In picture2,the boys is _____________.(3): In picture3and 4, is Dongdong afraid of difficulties? 8、学生寻找同伴组群扮演。 板 书设 计 afraidcleverdifficultI’m (not)…
