课 题Unit 7  I am not afraid课 型新授课课  时 第1课时教材分析本单元还是以6个部分组成，A部分是对话，要求学生认真听，认真看，并试着说。B部分要求老师以直观方式帮助学生学会并理解课文。学情分析经过一学期的接触，已经对本班学习情况有大致了解。学生已经接触了三年半的英语学习，有一定的基础。有一大部分学生知道自觉学习。但是也有部分同学觉得英语是一门副课，不计算成绩，没有引起足够重视。教学目标1．词汇：（1）能听懂、会说、认读词组afraid, close, tired, difficult, clever, worry, kid.（2）能听懂、会说、认读词汇和短语monster, still , later on. 2.句型：能用“I’m (not)… ”在实际情境中表达自己的感受。3. 能听懂、会说A部分的对话。教学重点能听懂会说，认读，会写新单词afraid,close, tired, difficult, clever, worry, kid.能用I’m not…　在表达自己的感受。教学难点能在正确的情境下用英语Don’t worry .You’re still a kid. I shouldn’t sleep in class, I’ll see a picture, Let’s have a look.Look at this monster.（出示卡片monster，板书，并带读）I’m afraid .I’m afraid of the monster. 区分afraid 与afraid of的用法T：Look at the monster here!
