教学目标：

知识目标

1.能听懂、会说并认读以下单词：robot, everything, housework, learn, our  

2.会运用短语：one day 、do the housework 、help children learn.     3.学习主要语言结构：

Robots  will  do  everything.

Will they do the housework?

Yes, they will. / No, they won’t.

能力目标

1.继续运用“can”来描述能力。

2.能运用“will”来描述将来可能要发生的事情。

情感目标

1.通过对本课“robot”的学习，让学生认识到现代高科技对我们人类生活所带来的巨大影响，

2.培养学生热爱科学、尊重科学、努力学习、坚持不断发明创造的积极情感。

教学重点、难点：要求学生能够用can,谈论能力，用will畅想未来机器人会做什么。

教学方法

任务型教学法、情景教学法、小组合作学习法

教学准备：

单词卡片、多媒体课件

教学过程：

Step1 Warming up.

1.       I say you do
2.       Listen and chant : What can Amy do? She can ……What can Sam do? He can ……
3.       Brainstorm.师从提问Amy和Sam可以干什么，继而引出机器人可以做什么，利用头脑风暴让学生来造句。（学习“robot”这一新词。）
4.       Watch a video about robots.

Step2. Presentation.

1.Free talk

T: Robots can do so many things ,maybe one day they will do everything .引出新词one day 、everything进行教读，小老师带读、小组读、大小声读。

2.       Watch and answer

T:Our friend Daming has got a robot ,please watch the video and find what Daming’s robot can do?

What can Daming's robot do?

It can      and         .

3.       Let’s answer.

What will the robots do? 用此句型引出新授词will，并进行语音拓展，ill-fill-bill-hill-will

Robots will         .  板书 homework、housework.

    Will the robots do our homework? —No,they won’t.

学习will not =won’t

4.       Listen and circle.

T:Let’s listen to the text again and circle Yes or No together.

6.       Read in different ways and fill in the blanks.

Step4.Practice

2.Show time

T:Imagine you’ve got a robot. Look at the pictures and choose five things it will do. Then act it out.

Step5. Summary  

What have you learnt today ? 

利用板书，让学生对本课所学习的内容进行总结、归纳，并朗读加深印象，对学生的表现予以肯定和鼓励。

Step6. Homework  

1. Read the text for 3 times.

2. Design a robot and describe it with “This is...  It can...  It will...” 设计一个机器人，用“This is ... It can ... It will ...”句型来描述它。
