教学目标： 

1.98%的学生能认读单词learn—learnt， teacher-- teach—taught， writer-- write—wrote， dancer-- dance--danced，95%的学生能听懂、理解单词foreign language 

2.98%的学生能口头运用Did she learn any foreign languages? Yes, she did. No, she didn’t. 这类语句谈论以前发生的事；

3.98%的学生能理解课文含义；85%的学生能在老师和同伴的帮助下正确地朗读课文，在学习过程中喜欢与其他同学配合和合作，养成良好的学习习惯。 

教学重难点： 

重点：

能用过去时和现在进行时描述他人过去和现在的状况，并作出比较。   

难点：

能在具体的语境中正确、恰当地运用所学知识与他人进行交际。

教师准备：

单词卡、课件等

教学过程：

Step1.  Free talk

    T:I like sports. I can play table tennis. I can skip. I can ride a bike. But I can’t swim. So in the holidays, I learnt to swim.  

出示单词卡，复习learn, 学习过去式learnt（板书)提问：What did  you  learn in holidays? 

学生交流： I learnt to dance. I learnt English. … 

教师评价过程中德育渗透: You should know what you are good at and 

work hard for it. 

Step 2  新知呈现操练 

学习Part 1 

1.出示Ms Smart照片 ,提问：What did she learn?

 播放Part 1 课文视频 

2.出示Part 1 中四幅图，逐一抽学生回答： 

(1) She learnt to dance. 

(2) She learnt to cook.  

(3) T: Ms Smart is a teacher. 通过teacher 学习teach, 以及过去式

taught (板书)  听录音：She taught languages. 学生跟读练习 

(4) 听录音：She taught languages and wrote a book. 学习write 过去式wrote （板书） 

学习Part 2 

1.出示玲玲奶奶年轻时的照片 ,提问：Who’s this? What did she learn? 播放Part 2课文视频 

2.回答问题： 

S: It’s Lingling’s grandma. T: What did she learn? 

   大屏幕提示： She learnt to ________. She learnt ____ _. 

S: She learnt to  dance. She learnt English. 

3.句子操练She was a dancer. She danced in lots of Chinese cities. 替换练习 选词填空 dancer  danced 

4.We are Chinese. So English for us is foreign language.听录音学习foreign language foreign替换练习:foreign programme, foreign school, foreign pupil, foreign languages 句型操练: Did she learn any foreign languages?     Yes, she learnt English. 替换练习（两组） 

5.出示爷爷照片提问：Grandma learnt English.  Did he learn English  too? 播放视频片段 

回答问题： No, he didn’t . But he’s learning English now.

Step 3  重点单词操练 

 T:We learnt a lot from Grandparents. We learnt a lot words from the

 test.learn --- learnt  teacher – teach – taught  writer – write – wrote  

dancer –dance -- danced 

Step 4.  课文朗读理解

1. Read and choose

2. Listen and read

3. Read in groups then finish a mind map

4.Try to retell the text分角色朗读，抽生读

 Step 5.Practice

1.Look,ask and answer.

2. Let’s talk. Talk about  Yaoming.He is a famous sport star. 根据所给的图画内容，在纸上将有关姚明的对话补充完整 

A: Who's this ? 

B: It's _________________. 

      He/She was a __________________. 

He/She  _________________________ in lots of cities. 

A: Did he/she learn any foreign languages?

     B: Yes, he/she _________________________. 

A: Look, she/he's ___________________________now. 

订正答案后，同桌对话，抽生展示 

2.出示图片，学生描述：姚明学习了英语，杨丽萍学过英语， TF boys学过英语，老爷爷正在学习英语。Why？ 

渗透：English is useful, we should study hard. It’s never too late to learn. 

Step6. Homework 

1. Read the dialogue for 3 times.

2. Do a survey about your grandparents’ life, jobs or hobbies.
