I want to show Daming the present from China.

重点:本课的单词及句型。
难点:want to的用法。
课时安排:一课时
教学过程:
一、 导入:出示乐山大佛,峨眉山图片,谈论图片,使用do you want to询问学生,激发学生学习兴趣。在导出the UN building,引出课题。
二、 探究新知:
1 Let’s enjoy a tape播放活动1录音。思考:Where does the boy want to visit?听后得出:He wants to visit China/ visit the Great Wall.
播放活动1视频, 跟读并思考,Who wants to visit China too?(The bird wants to visit China too.)
2 学习句型:Do you want to…?
Yes I do ./ No I don’t.
出示几张风景图片(the Great Wall、 the West Lake, the Huangshan Mountain,the Changjiang River ,Big Ben)学生说出景点名称后,询问:Whats your favourite place ?Please choose one.
用 Do you want to visit…?进行询问。
小结:Do you want to…?
Yes I do ./ No I don’t.
3 学习新词,及文中重点句型。
A: building ----the UN building
B: There are flags from all around the world .( around)
C: China is one of the countries in the UN .
D: How many member states are there in the UN?
听录音找答案,There are193.
E: Inside --- go inside -----Do you want to go inside?
F: Many countries give presents to the UN .It is one of the presents. But it isn`t from China .Can you guess its meaning?
G: Whats the present from China? It`s a train. It`s beautiful .
三、 学习课文
1 Listen to the text and under line the sentences with “want to”
.⑴Do you want to visit the UN building in New York?
They want to visit the UN building in New York.
⑵Do you want to go inside?
Daming wants to go inside.
⑶I want to show Daming one of the presents from China.
Simon wants to show Daming the present from china.
⑷I want to take a photo.
Daming wants to take a photo.
学生听录音勾画句子,交流句子。观察句子特点,Want to后给动词短。板书动词短。根据课文内容改写句子。
2 Listen and repeat.(逐句跟读)
3 Read the text together.(齐读课文)
四 、拓展训练。
1、Match and say what they want to do.
学生思考,连线,试着说句子。然后出示句子,齐读。
2、写作练习:My travel plan
3、情感升华:爱好和平。
五、Homework:
Talk about your travel plan with your family.
