Revision&Word study

1、Students review the knowledge by using the sentences structure.

2、Study the new words.

Lead in

1、Show the pictures of Wei Fen and introduce it to students.

2、Students guess‘ What is Wei Fen doing?’and then give the possible answers.

Presentation

Pre-reading

 Students look at the title and the picture in 3a and answer the following questions:

1. What do you think the text is about when you read this title?

2. Can you guess how Wei Fen studies English?

3. Ask some students to share their answers and check the answers.

While-reading(1)

 Look at the questions in 3a,read them aloud and circle the key words.

 Play the tape, students read the passage following the tape and find out the answers.

 Check the answers.

While-reading(2)

 Students read the passage again and fill in the blank.



 Check the answers.

Post-reading

 Students finish 3b.

 Check the answers.
