    定语从句是指在复合句中作定语的从句,定语从句所修饰的词叫先行词。定语从句通常放在先行词的后面,由关系代词或关系副词引导。我们将学习由关系代词that或which及wh引导的定语从句。
    句子结构:主句(先行词)+ (关系词)定语从句

    ① 代替先行词② 连接主从句② 充当从句的成分
    which, wh, that引导的定语从句which, that和wh是定语从句中重要的引导词。下面的例句是由which, that和wh引导的定语从句。请仔细观察,补全结论部分所缺内容。
    【例句】1. China is a cuntry which/that has a lng histry.2. This is the bk which/that my mther bught me yesterday.  3. The man wh/that is standing by the dr is her brther. 4. I like the by wh/whm/that I met at the party.
    【结论】1. 观察例句1和2可以看出,which引导的定语从句修饰的是____(人/物)。由例句3 和4可知,wh引导的定语从句修饰的是____(人/物)。 2. 由例句1和3可知,which和wh在定语从句中可以作_____语;观察例句2和4可以看出,which和wh在定语从句中还可以作____语。
    3. 观察例句1和2可以看出,which在定语从句中作主语或宾语时均可由________代替;由例句3可知,wh在定语从句中作主语时,可由____代替;由例句4可知,wh在定语从句中作宾语时,可由________或________代替。
