Now, let’s begin our class.Step2.Lead in导入1.Show some pictures and teach the new words:Silk, gold. Emperor,underwear,cheat,stupid,unless2.Free talk T:We had learned some traditional Chinese stories. Such as Yu Gong moves the mountains, Journey to the West , Nu Wa Repairs the Sky, Hou Yi Shoots the Suns. Do you know any western stories?S: Sleeping beauty, Snow White…T: Yeah! Today we will learn a story from Europe. Do you know the name of the story?S: It’s The Emperor’s New clothes.Step3. listening practicing 听力训练1.Listen and number the pictures 1-5;2.Listen again and complete the sentences;3.Check the students’ answers.Step4.Consolidation 巩固知识Use the pictures in 1b to retell the story.The teacher say Chinese and the students translate in English together according the pictures and new words.Step5. Group work 小组合作Ask some groups and retell the story one by one.They can tell the story like this:Sa: Once upon a time, there was an emperor who loved new clothes.Sb:One day, two brothers came to the city and made special clothes for the emperor.Sc:They asked some gold and silk for the emperor and kept everything for themselves. (to do sth.) 意为制造某物。例如:She can make kites. 她会制作风筝。 make sb. sth. / make sth. for sb. 意为为某人制作某物。例如:
    His mother made him a beautiful coat.他的母亲为他缝制了一件漂亮的外衣。
    (3) 被动语态中常用be made of / from, be made in, be made by等短语来表示“……是由……制成的”,   “……是在……制成的”和“……是被……制成的”。例如:Wine is made from grapes. 酒是由葡萄酿制成的。2.重点句型分析:People couldn't see the clothes unless they were clever.除非是聪明人,否则看不见这件衣服。Unless的意思是如果不,若非,除非unless是从属连词,引导条件状语从句,含有否定意义,相当于if条件状语从句的否定形式。所以unless = if not。注意:unless引导的条件状语从句和if条件状语从句,与其它时间状语从句一样,用一般现在时代替将来时。 
    1. Unless you take more care, you’ll have an accident.如果不多加小心的话,你会出事故的。2.My baby sister never cries unless she is hungry.我那刚出生的妹妹除非饿了,否则她是从来不哭的。
     .Design ideas课堂设计思路及作业设计   1.本单元围绕中外著名童话及神话传说为中心,从而展开教学设计,极大的激发了学生的英语学习兴趣。对于初二下学期来说,学生容易对学习对知识产生疲惫,本课以讲故事的形式展开,所以在完成了听力训练后,我设计了小组合作这个环节。让小组中每一位学生都能站起来开口说英语,这样不但提高了学生口语表达能力,分小组表演还能够活跃课堂气氛,最后让学生在小组合作中学会讲故事,让学生在故事中学知识,真正做学习的主人.   2.为进一步开拓学生的思维能力,激发学生想象力,所以在设计作业时,要求每个小组对故事进行续写,这样让学生对知识有一个延续的认识.附:课堂练习题用所给单词的正确形式填空:1.
