3. 表示并列关系的并列连词。and , r , either…r (或者…或者…), neither…nr（既不…又不… ）nt nly…but (als) ,不但…而且… bth…and （既…又…/ 都…）等。
当主语由 … 既不…又不…… 或者….或者…nt als 不但…而且…连接时, 谓语动词与nr,r,but als后面的词一致, 即 “就近原则”
