一，教学目标：
1. 能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意。
2. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话，并能进行角色表演。
3. 能够在情景中运用句型What’s the weather like in New Yrk? It’s rainy. 问答某地天气情况；能运用句型It’s 26 degrees.表述气温;了解打电话用语This is …. 了解温度的两种读法（℃和℉）
4. 能够完成Let’s play的活动，认真观察配图了解一些国家的国旗、重要城市及天气情况，能运用句型What’s the weather like in Beijing? It’s cl and rainy. 问答某城市的天气。 二，教学重难点：
重点：在情景中运用句型What’s the weather like in New Yrk? It’s rainy. 问答某地天气情况。
难点：能运用句型It’s 26 degrees.表述气温；一些国家的国旗、重要城市及天气情况。 三，教学过程：
（一）lead-in
1) Greeting.
T:What time is it nw?
Ss: It’s …. It’s time fr English.
T: Yes, it’s time fr English. Ok, tday we are ging t learn “Unit 3 weather”.(带读weather 单词) S, let’s talk abut the weather? What’s the weather like in Dngguan tday? Is it ht? Is it warm? Ok , lk the weather (用手机展示即时气温引导学生读：it is …℃. It is
cld/warm/ht/cl)
【设计意图】:通过问时间（上一单元学过），引出本课课题weather，通过问当天的天气情况复习Is it ht? 句型和摄氏度的读法。
2) Meet a new friend: Mark
T:Tday, we are ging t meet a new friend(展示Mark的头像和名字). Wh is he? Can yu read his name? (运用phnic学习Mark的名字的读音).Let’s say hell t Mark?
Ss: Hell! Mark!(通过学生和Mark 打招呼的活动，熟悉Mark的读音)
T: Mark is ur new friend nw? But where is he frm? Is he frm … And Wh is he talking with? With …/…/…? Nw let’s listen.（播放课文录音）
【设计意图】:通过认识新朋友，了解新朋友的，引出课文内容，通过设计两个简单问题让学生集中精神听课文录音。
（二）Presentatin and practice
1)Where is Mark frm? Wh is he talking with?
听完录音后，检测学生对以上两个问题的了解，特别是第二个问题，为下面打电话用语的学习也是一个铺垫。而且听录音也是对将要学习的文章有一个整体了解。
2）Make a phne call.
T: Mark is talking with Chen Jie. D they talk face t face r d they make a phne call? Yes, they make a phne call. D yu remember hw des Mark intrduce himself. Des he say: Hi! Chen Jie! This is Mark r Hi! Chen Jie! I am Mark!（课件出示两问题，如果学生不会回答，再给学生听一下。） Yes, Mark says: This is Mark. S when we make a phne call. We dn’t use I am… t intrduce urself but we use this is ….Ok, I am ging t call sme f yu.(和几个学生模拟打电话)
【设计意图】:了解打电话用语：This is …，并简单运用。
3）Listen and answer the questins
T: Mark is making a phne call with Chen Jie. What are they talking abut? Let’s listen and answer the questins?(老师带读问题，学生在听录音时候板书重点句子：What’s the weather like in Beijing? It’s ……)
(1) What’s the weather like in New Yrk?
(2) What’s the temperature in Beijing nw?
(3) What’s the weather like in Beijing?
【设计意图】:通过让学生带着问题听课文录音，对文章有更深入的了解。并在回答最后一个问题时，让学生了解温度的两种读法以及不同（华氏度和摄氏度表示冷热程度的不同）。
4）操练重点句子：What’s the weather like in …? It is ….
承接上面第三个问题
T: What’s the weather like in Beijing?
Ss: It’s 26 ℃.It’s warm.
T: Nw read after me.(带读三遍：What’s the weather like in Beijing? It’s 26 ℃.It’s warm.)
T: Lk, here is the weather tday?(手机里收藏好几个中国城市的名字：如：东莞，广州，上海，香港，桂林，哈尔滨，拉萨) what’s the weather like in Guangzhu?
Ss: it’s …℃. It’s …. (老师问3个城市：东莞，广州和上海)
T: Let’s play a guessing game(猜一猜游戏 ：老师给出一个地名，如：桂林，然后全班同学问：What’s the weather like in Guilin? 然后全班同学举手猜：it’s cld….问4个同学之后公布答案-把手机里的天气展示出来)
T: There are sme famus city in the wrld. Let’s us.(出示let’s play 部分的世界著名城市的图片，图片带有国旗，城市名和温度）。教师带读这些城市名称（部分学生对城市名称还
不熟悉的）。 带读完之后老师引导学生利用这些图片操练重点句子。
操练形式：带读---通过图片师生问答---全班学生分组问答---同桌练习
教师可能会用到的语言：read after me. These 2 grup ask, and these 2 grup answer. Practice with yur partner.
【设计意图】:通过带读让学生能基本会读句子，通过“猜一猜游戏”，让学生在游戏中操练句子。世界著名城市学生们还不熟，而且是let’s play 部分的内容，世界城市天气部分设计的主要目的是让学生在不断重复中听懂，会说重点句子。
5）模仿跟读
活动形式：听音模仿，注意升降调---全班分组练习---同桌练习
教师可能会用到的语言：Pay attentin t the rising tne. Pay attenting t the falling tne. Ok these 2 grup are Mark and these 2 grup are Chen Jie. Ok, nw practice with yur partner.
【设计意图】:本部分展示了整篇课文，通过原音输入，让学生模仿地道的语音。
（三）综合运用
Make a new dialgue .(把第三单元的时间表达，和本课天气的表达综合运用)
T: we knw that at the same time but in different places, the time is nt the same and the weather is nt the same, t. Suppse yur friend is in the ther city, make a phne call with her/him and talk abut the weather and time.
【设计意图】:本部分是输出环节，结合了上一单元的知识和本课的知识，让新旧知识融会贯通。
（四）Hmewrk
1，读课文3次 2，课后完成“make a new dialgue”的表演准备。
