T: When yu want t speak t smene n the phne, yu can ask, “May I speak t ” When yu answer a phne in English, yu must say “This is ...” Yu cannt say “I am ...” n the phne. Fr example, “Hell! This is Mr. Zha. May I speak t Kevin?”
