【知识点精讲】
1.音节：英语单词的音节是以元音音素为单位的，一般一个英语单词有几个元音音素，就可划
分为几个音节，有单音节词，双音节词和多音节词（含有3个或3个以上的音节）。
2.单词重音：
(1)单音节词：单独念时一律重读，通常不必加重音符号（'）
如 map[mæp] time[taim]
(2)双音节词：包含两个音节的单词，是双音节词，单词重音通常在第一个音节上，
如 yellw['jeləu] pht['fəutəu]
(3)多音节词：包含三个（包括三个）以上音节的单词，一般倾向于重音在倒数第三个音节上，
如 ability[ə'biləti]
注意：复合名词的重音多在第一个音节上，例如 'basketball, ' blackbard等。
