一．          Warming up.

1.Greetings

T: Good morning, boys and girl.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Wang.

T: Are you happy today?

Ss: Yes.

T: Ok, I’m happy too. How are you?

Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And how are you?

T: Very well, thank you. Sit down , please.

T: Are you ready for our English class?

Ss: Yes.

T:What did you do yesterday?

Ss: I played football; I helped my mum; I watched TV…

T: Yes, I watched TV too. Do you like watching TV?

Ss: Yes.

T: Ok, let’s watch and answer:

What it talk about?

S1:It talked about changing.

S2:China is changing.

T:Yes, China is changing, our life is changing ,and look at this old lady, her life is also changing. Let’s watch and say:

What was the old lady’s life like many years ago?

T: How about now?

【设计意图】：通过课前打招呼，缓和学生的紧张情绪，调节课前氛围，为后面的教授做好铺垫同时引出change，让学生感受中国的变化，最后再以拍照的功能折射出老奶奶过去和现在的生活。

二．Lead in
   1. T: As we know, life is changing, Our friend Amy and Linging watched this programme and now Lingling is Writing a letter to Daming.

【设计意图】：通过Amy和Lingling看电视引出本课内容，教师引导学生学会单词write，这样展示时可以提高学生学习的兴趣。)

T: Let’s see what did Lingling write and answer the the Q.
    What  did Lingling do last night?

S1: She watched a television programme about China.

T: Yes, an old lady talked about her life many years ago. Let’s see what was the old lady’s life like?

2.Listen and answer.

(Teaching new word: field---in the field---worked in the field)

(Teaching new word: fire---on a fire---cooked on a fire)

(3).Did she have a television or a radio?

(Teaching new word: radio)

【设计意图】：教师设置几个比较简单的问题，让学生观看动画对课文大意有一个整体的了解，为后面的听力内容做好铺垫。在本环节中采取先呈现听力问题，然后让学生有目的性的去听听力，这样才能在听录音材料时做到有的放矢，有所侧重，抓住关键词，提高准确性，让学生则成为了课堂的主人，发挥了学生的主体性。

【设计意图】让学生跟着flash动画朗读课文，模仿语音语调，可以培养了学生良好的发音习惯。

【设计意图】本环节利用白板中的课堂活动对本课的内容进行复习巩固，一方面调动学生的积极性，另一方面也帮助学生复习本课出现的对动词的过去式和现在式的单词，为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。）

四.  Production.

1. Ok, take out your pictures and 4 ss in a group, let’s talk about your grandparents’life or the changes of your home many years ago.

【设计意图】小组活动能更加有效的培养学生合作学习的意识。

2. Take out your paper, 3 mins for you to finish.

 ( Using mobile phone to taking pictures and ask 2 ss to read their letter. )

【设计意图】通过小组讨论，完成练习单中的内容，符合小学五年级英语的要求，听、说、读、写以及英语的综合应用。让学生完成填空时可以通过教师提供的图片信息让学生完成，降低了学生学习的难度以及书写时带来的难度，还提高了学生运用语言的能力同时培养学生合作学习的意识，最后利用希沃白板5中的拍照功能让学生自己尝试读出自己所写内容，这也是语言输出的一种呈现方式。

五. Emotional education.

T: China is changing, our life is also changing, So a better life is hard-won, let’s cherish our life.

【设计意图】：通过视频展示出改革开放的前后对比生活，让学生感受到过去和现在生活的差距，同时告诉学生现在的生活是来之不易的，我们应该珍惜我们现在的生活。
