一、教学内容：

外研版小学英语六年级下册Module4 Unit1 The balloons are flying away.

二、教学目标：

1、知识目标

(1)、能听说读写新单词：balloon, flying away, can, help, carry.

(2)、能听懂、会说、会用句型：Who  can  help   me? --Sorry, I can’t. /I can help you. The balloons are flying away. The oranges are falling.

2、能力目标：

(1)、能熟练地运用句型“Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t. The balloons are flying away. The oranges are falling. I can’t carry everything.”描述情景。

(2)、能运用以上语句寻求帮助和提供帮助。

3、情感态度目标：学会关心他人，帮助他人。

三、教学重点：

熟练掌握本节课的单词和句型，能熟练运用句型：Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t寻求帮助和提供帮助。

四、教学难点：

运用The balloons are flying away! The oranges are falling. / I can’t carry everything描述情景。

六、教学过程。

（一）、Warmming up热身

1.Greeting.

2.Review the present participle with some pictures.

running, riding, raining, swimming, making, flying,

driving, drinking, dancing, eating.

（设计意图：激发兴趣，以旧带新）

3.Complete sentences and say out.

4.Chant.

running    running    He is running.

riding      riding     She is riding.

driving     driving    We are driving.

making      making      They are making a snowman.

flying      flying     The birds are flying away.

（二）、Presentation

1.Learn the word“balloon”,and write the title on the blackboard. Then read it.

2.Learn Part Ⅰ of the text with two questions.

(1).Listen and answer.

Questions:

a.What is Simon’s mum doing?

b.Is Daming going to having a birthday party?

(2).Read the phrases: at the supermarket, buying things, have a birthday party.

(3).Read the sentences of Part Ⅰ.

3.Chant.

mum    mum   Where’s your mum?

She’s at the supermarket.

doing  doing  What is she doing?

She’s buying things.

4.Learn Part Ⅱ of the text with two questions.

(1).Listen and answer.

Questions:

a.Who can help Simon’s mum?

b.What is Simon doing?

(2).Read the words and phrases:

later, carry, everything, on the phone.

(3).Read the sentences of Part Ⅱ.

5.Chant:

help    help        Who can help me?

Sorry, I can’t.    I’m on the phone.

6.Learn Part Ⅲ of the text with two questions.

(1).Listen and answer.

Questions:

a.What happens to the oranges?

b.What happens to the balloons?

(2).Read the words and phrases:

Be careful. fall, falling, flying away, say.

(3).Read the sentences of Part Ⅲ.

7.Chant:

Be careful!  Be careful!   That’s the cake.

Falling   falling   The oranges are falling.

Flying   flying   The balloons are flying away.

11.Consolidation: How do you ask for help? (Make dialogues with the pictures in groups.)
