Step Ⅱ: Revision

Show a picture about Liu Wei and ask:

 T: Who’s the young man? Do you know?

Let’s watch a video about him, you will know him after the video. (watch a video)

Now do you know who he is?

Ss: He is Liu Wei.

T: Yes, you are right. When he was nine years old. He lost his arms, but he learned to play the piano with his feet. Now he is a great pianist. Today, Let’s learn a story about him together.

本节课已经落下了帷幕，无论是新知识的呈现还是活动的设计，都大量的采用多媒体，直观、具体地呈现给学生，是小学生英语学习最有效的途径，情境创设能紧紧抓住学生，吸引学生，让学生积极参与到课堂中来，培养了学生学习的兴趣，提高了课堂实效，为学生进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础，学生对所学新知也掌握地较好。为了使学生能更好地发展和成长，并能更好地检查学生的自学成果，我认为朗读文本这一环节，应先试着让学生读，根据他们所读的情况，再决定师是否领读，这样既检测了学生的自学成果，而且也可以为下面学生对文本的复述留下充足的时间，真正做到课堂高效。
