学情分析：
1.随着年级的增长小学生举手回答问题的人越来越少，特别是六年级学生不敢举手或者不愿意举手回答问题。原因是小学生在英语课堂上自信心不足，学习兴趣下降，从而导致不举手回答问题。
2. 六年级的学生通过过三年多的学习已经拥有较强的自学能力，打下了较好的英语语言基础，具备小组合作学习和探究学习的能力。因而可以开始培养他们的自主学习。
教学目标：
a. 知识目标：
1.能听懂并理解Let’s learn mre部分的内容，并准确完成课后练习。
2. 能较为流利的朗读课文内容，要求语音语调正确。
3.学习并了解英文书信的书写格式。
b.能力目标：
1. 能初步掌握在短文中快速提取信息的能力
2. 能利用关键词、句对文本内容进行复述。
c.情感目标：引导学生养成积极参加体育锻炼的好习惯，培养其发展有益身心健康的兴趣爱好。
教学重点：
1. 正确理解短文内容。
2. 了解英文书信的写作格式。
教学难点:
阅读方法与技巧的引导和渗透。
