4BUnit 8 How are you?(Story time)教案一、教学目标:1.能听懂、会说、会读单词、词组cold, fever, come to school.2.能听懂、会说、会读句型This is … speaking. May I speak to …?并能初步运用该句型打电话。3.能听懂、会说、会读句型How are you? I’m fine, thank you. I’m sorry to hear that. See you tomorrow. See you.并运用该句型进行问候。4.能正确理解Story time故事,用正确的语音语调朗读对话,并尝试分角色表演。5.通过学习,引导学生学会关心同学、关心他人。 二、教学重点:1.能听懂、会说、会读单词、词组cold, fever, come to school.2.能听懂、会说、会读句型How are you? I’m fine, thank you. Hello, boys and girls.Ss: Hello, Miss Su.T:Hi, I’m Miss Su. What’s your name?S1: I’m ***.T: Nice to meet you, ***. What day is it today?S: ….问几个学生2.欣赏歌曲《Hello, hello, how are you?》What did you hear in this song?①How are you? 你好吗? ②I’m fine. Thank you.我很好,谢谢。(让学生提前接触句型)【设计意图:通过欢快、朗朗上口的歌曲一方面活跃了课堂气氛,消除学生们上课的紧张感,另外也为接下来要学习的内容埋下伏笔。】Step 2.Lead-in1.教师在free talk基础上问How are you?S: I’m fine, thank you.问两组学生,引出How are you? I’m fine, thank you.揭题 Unit 8 How are you ? 2.师生问答T:We’re all fine today. What about our friends? Let’s greet them.(人机对话)S: Hello, Helen, how are you? Helen: I’m fine , thank you.S: Hello, Mike, how are you? Mike: I’m OK , thank you.S: Hello, Liu Tao, how are you? Liu Tao: I’m great , thank you.S: Hello, Yang Ling, how are you? Yang Ling: I’m not so good.【设计意图:通过Free talk复习与新知识有密切联系的旧知识,自然地引入新知识,使学生能立刻参与到英语会话课堂这个情境中来,为进一步探究新知凝聚了动力。】Step 3 PresentationThe first part:1.Watch and answerT: Yang Ling is not so good. 呈现图片,让学生根据关键词where、who、how等进行提问,然后老师提出自己的问题。①Can Yang Ling come to school today?② What’s the matter with her?播放课文第一部分动画。学生回答问题,同时教学cold、 fever(帮助学生区分cold的两种词性)教学I have a cold and a fever. 指导朗读。【设计意图:通过旧知What’s the matter?以及动画的呈现,让学生自主理解cold、fever在文本中的意思。】2.Read and underline①T: What does Miss Li say when she knows that? (当Miss Li知道杨玲生病后说了什么?) 再读课文P50,然后用“____”划出问题的相关句子。I’m sorry to hear that.(Tips“I’m sorry to hear that.” 一般是听到别人说不好的事情时你的反应,意思是“听到这消息我很遗憾。”)Take care, Yang Ling②阅读课本50页,用横线——划出用英语打电话的句子(Tips:“This is…”或“This is …speaking”的意思是“我是…”“May I speak to…”的意思是“我可以和某某通话吗”)【设计意图:四年级孩子已经具备了一定的自主学习能力,带着问题让孩子寻找答案,进一步激发他们自主学习的欲望,另外,在朗读时,通过老师不同的读法,让孩子自己体会情感,寻找更好的表达方式。】3. Yang Ling is a good student. Today she has a cold and a fever, she can’t come to school. So she asks for a leave to Miss Li by the phone. If you can’t come to school, you should ask for a leave to your teacher.4.Think and sayYang Ling has a cold and a fever. Do you have any good suggestions?(你有好的建议吗?) 学生讨论回答,有一些建议不会说可以用中文。5.Let’s read (跟录音朗读第一段)The second part:1.Listen and answerT:Miss Li is a nice teacher. She is worried about Yang Ling.(她担心杨玲) In the afternoon, she makes a telephone call to Yang Ling.Let’s listen and answer (听第二段录音,回答问题)①Is Yang Ling still ill in the afternoon?②Can she come to school tomorrow?2.Let’s read (跟录音朗读第二段) (Tip: 打电话告别时,我们可以说: “See you. / Good bye. / Bye-bye.”等,都表示“再见”。)Step 4 Consolidation1.齐读课文2.Play a game (True or false),根据课文内容判断。如果是正确的,请大声说“Yeah,yeah, yeah”,如果是错误的,请大声说“No, no,no”并说出正确的句子。3. Summary在当面交谈和电话交谈时,有些句子表述是不一样的。如:“我是……” “你是……吗?”。请将下面的句子填到相应的方框中。同桌可以讨论一下哦。7. Sublimation(图片:一女孩生病,同学去看望她。)T: Look at the picture. The girl is ill. Some classmates go and see her.
