asleep是形容词，意为“睡着”，强调状态，常作表语。fall asleep意为“进入梦乡；睡着”。e.g. My daughter was asleep with her head n her arms.我的女儿正头枕在胳膊上睡觉。He was s tired that he fell asleep at his desk.他太累了以至于他在书桌前睡着了。
die dwn逐渐变弱；逐渐消失e.g. When yu saw him, his anger had died dwn a bit.你看见他的时候，他的火气已经下去了。
