专题10 读后续写:衔接大法 -2022年高考英语读后续写核心素养与实战演练
展开以2020浙江高考7月卷读后续写的尾句构思举例如下:
▲第一段首句:衔接第一段段首语A few minutes later, the bearheaded back t ur camp.
思考:被喷雾刺痛眼睛的北极熊是什么样的?
思路:此时的北极熊肯定被激怒了,所以会更猛烈地袭击围栏。所以,衔接第一段的段首语可以从描写北极熊开始,用非谓语动词开头,如Angered by the spray,the bear greeted us with a hwl f rage.
▲第一段尾句:衔接第二段段首语At that very mment, the helicpterarrived.
思考:thatvery mment是什么时刻?
思路:在第一段的结尾,可设计一个最危险的时刻,此时北极熊马上要破栏而入,呼应that very mment,这样衔接最流畅。可借助拟人化的手法,如Suddenly, the bear hadtrn a narrw pening in the fence which wuld cllapse sn and witness thebear tear us int pieces.
▲第二段首句:衔接第二段段首语At that very mment, the helicpterarrived.
思考:听到直升机的声音,夫妇二人会做何反应?
思路:他们应该会马上跑回营地,联系飞行员。可利用动作细节进行描写,如Hearing the helicpter, we ran backt the camp swiftly, and radied ur savir in a trembling vice.
▲第二段尾句:这个尾句应呼应原文主旨以使续写部分结构完整合理。
思考:在本篇故事中,夫妇二人的旅行目的是拍摄北极熊,那么遭遇北极熊袭击围栏的他们,能达到目的吗?这样的经历会给他们留下什么?
思路:故事的结局是二人获救了,但关于是否成功拿到北极熊的照片,可以有不同的设计:也许在直升机用噪音吓走北极熊的时候,夫妇拍下了终生难忘的珍贵照片;也许在与北极熊周旋的过程中冒险拍下。如利用非谓语动词作状语,进行描写并回扣原文主题。Grabbing the camera, Idashed ut and snapped valuable pictures f the escaping bear, making the tripunfrgettable fr the whle life.

原题:During this past year, I've had three instances f car truble. Each time these things happened, I was sick f the way mst peple hadn‘t bthered t help. One f thse times, I was n the side f the rad fbr clse t three hurs with my big Jeep. I put signs in the windws, big signs that said NEED A JACK (千斤顶),and ffered mney. Nthing. Right as I was abut t give up, a Mexican family in a small truck pulled ver, and the father bunded ut.
He sized up the situatin and called fbr his daughter, wh spke English. He cnveyed thrugh her that he had a jack but that it was t small fr the Jeep, s we wuld need smething t supprt it. I started taking the wheel ff, and then, if yu can believe it, I brke his tire irn. N wrries: He handed it t his wife, and she was gne in a flash dwn the rad t buy a new tire irn. She was back in 15 minutes. We finished the jb, and I was a very happy man.
The tw f us were dirty and sweaty. His wife prepared a pt f water fr us t wash ur hands. I tried t put a $20 bill in the man's hand, but he wuldn't take it, s instead I went up t the truck and gave it t his wife as quietly as I culd. I asked the little girl where they lived. Mexic, she said. They were in Oregn s Mmmy and Daddy culd wrk n a fruit farm fr the next few weeks. Then they wuld g hme.

通过分析句子我们可以注意到:第一句给出了“是否吃午饭”的新情节,那么毫无疑问,第一段的展开应该是围绕午饭这个问题展开。第二句出现了“纸袋”的新线索,这是前面我们在理清文章脉络中所没有出现过的线索,而且出现的位置是二段首句,那么毫无疑问这个线索必须出现在我们所要续写的一段中,而且我们也需要考虑:这个纸袋是做什么用的呢?为什么我有了这个纸袋?谁给的?诸如此类的问题。
三、已知推未知
所谓已知是指续写时所提供的每段的首句话。所谓未知就是指我们需要续写的内容。推论的方法如下:
第一段 第一句 顺推 第二句 (根据所给的人物 要么展开语言、动作,要么描写心理、表情等等)
第二段 第一句 逆推 第一段尾句,过渡句
第二段 第一句 顺推 第二句(根据所给的人物 要么展开语言、动作,要么描写心理、表情等等)
第二段 尾句 总结或感慨。
以8省联考试题为例
第一段 第一句:When I was abut t say gdbye, the girl asked if I’d had lunch.
顺推 第二句:我说没吃。(为什么是没吃呢?这就是二段一句中出现的“纸袋”所暗示的答案)
第二段 第一句:After they left, I gt int my Jeep and pened the paper bag.
逆推 第一段尾句:他们一家上了车
顺推 第二句:我看到袋子里有
第二段 尾句:世上还是有一些乐于助人的善良人的!!”(他们一家帮我修了车,还留了一个纸袋所引发的感慨“)
四、完善关系链
所以,现在我们的任务就是将我们所推论出来的句子进行关系链的完善问题。这个过程可以是动作链的完善,也可以是心理历程的完善。以8省联考试题为例
(第一段 第二句)我说没吃-----他们给我张罗吃的-----我拒绝他们----但是没成功,留下了纸袋----(第一段 尾句)他们一家上了车
这样就构成了第一段一个较为完整的关系链的闭环。
