    Grammar: The bject clause
    还记得我们在第六单元学过的基本句型“主语+谓语+宾语”的结构吗?I need a pen.He helped him.Children stpped talking.I d nt want t cry.He knew (that) he shuld study hard.
    放在动词或介词后面作宾语的句子叫宾语从句。

    在复合句中起宾语作用的句子叫宾语从句.
    主句 +连词(引导词)+ 宾语从句

    I hpe (that) it will snw this winter.I believe (that) we shall becme gd friends.Betty thinks (that) trees can imprve the air.
    当谓语动词表示肯定的概念,如“希望”“相信”“知道”或“说”时,其后面的句子一般用that引导。
    that ①没有任何词汇意义, ②只起引导作用, ③多数情况下可以省略。
    常跟that引导的宾语从句的词:
    1. I (dn’t) believe/ think /suppse(猜想)/expect(期待)/imagine(想象) that…2. I hpe/wish that…3. I’m glad/ happy/pleased / srry/ afraid/ sure/ certain/surprised/ that…
    注意二:I dn’t believe that he will d such a silly thing. 我相信他不会做如此愚蠢的事。think, believe, suppse等动词作主句的谓语,且主句的主语是第一人称时,宾语从句的否定,习惯上要转移到主句中,即“否定转移”。
    注意三: 有些宾语从句不能省略that如果谓语动词后跟有两个或更多个并列的宾语从句,第二个及以后的that都不可以省略。 He said (that) the bk was very interesting and that all the children like t read it.2) 主句中有it作形式宾语,that不可省。 I think it necessary that he shuld stay here. 
    过去范畴的某一时态(一般过去时;过去进行时;过去完成时;过去将来时)
    当宾语从句是指客观事实、普遍真理、自然现象时,则只能用____________。eg. She said (that) the sun ________(rise) in the east.

    … says that …is her best friend.… tells us that they have been friends fr……tells us that she usually …with her friends.… is sure that she feel …when they get tgether.… hpes they will be friends frever.
