T: What day is it today?Ss: It`s Friday.T: Yes! It`s Friday. The weekend is coming, are you happy?Ss: Yes!T: Me too! Are you happy everyday?Ss: No.T: Why not?Ss: Because we have problems.T: Yes, we all may meet problems in our daily life.(Write problems on the Bb)   Ask individual student: What`s your problem? Then let Ss work in pairs and talk about their problems. Ask three pairs to act out in the front. Step 2：Presentation     Just now we talked about our problems. Do you want to know Susan`s problem? Read the letter quickly and find the answers to these questions:①      Why does Susan need help?②      What does Susan think of her parents?③      What happened last week? Dear Diana,How are you going? I really need your help. Both my patents are busy with their work and they are unable to spend much time with me. I don`t think they care me and I feel that they are never there for me.
