写作特点
通知、演讲、致辞、便条及倡议书类书面表达在高考中不如书信或电子邮件的考查普遍，但是，在平时的模拟试题中也有出现。
通知、演讲、致辞、便条及倡议书的写作特点：
1．通知通常有两种：口头通知和书面通知。注意以下几点：(1)通知正文上面正中的地方往往有Notice(或NOTICE)一词。(2)发出通知的人或单位名称一般写在左下角。(3)主要时态为一般将来时。口头通知开头：Everyone, attention please! I have an announcement to make.
2．演讲稿包括发言稿。演讲稿属于说明文或议论文的文体，总是以第一人称的口吻写，开头往往有“Boys and girls” “Ladies and gentlemen”等称呼语，或“Hello！” “Good afternoon/morning！”等问候语。最后要以“Thank you”来致谢。
3．致辞包括欢迎词(welcoming speech)、欢送词(send­off speech)、告别词(farewell speech)以及其他演说词。致辞由称呼、正文和结束语构成。
4．便条(包括留言条、请假条)的特点：(1)既不用信封，不写收信人与发信人地址，也不写结尾问候语。(2)日期只需写上星期或日月。日期可写于正文右上角。(3)常常需要写明上下午或钟点。(4)称呼用语应亲切、随便，不可过于正式。(5)语言应通俗。要尽量避免用大词或过分正式的句子。如：尽量用Just a line to tell you that ... 而不用This is to inform you that ... 。同时，句子的结构应尽量简单。
5．倡议书“写作三步曲”：自我介绍以及倡议或呼吁的内容→进一步解释你所阐述的内容，比如介绍你倡议或呼吁的行为有什么好处以及不好的影响→再次呼吁或倡议。

应用文八　通知
写作点拨
通知(Notice)是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等时使用的一种应用文体，通常分为口头通知和书面通知两种。
1．口头通知是面对面地把信息传达给对方。这种通知开头应有称呼语，正式场合用Ladies and gentlemen(女士们、先生们)，有时也可以用Boys and girls或Comrades and friends(同志们、朋友们)等。开头还常有提醒听众注意的开场白，如“Attention, please.”或“May I have your attention, please？”或“I have an announcement to make.”等；结尾常说“That's all.Thank you.”或“Thank you for listening.”等，以示礼貌。口头通知中不必说明发布通知的日期和发布通知的人或单位。
2．写书面通知时，应明确写出发出通知的单位和日期。一般情况下，书面通知的首行中央写上Notice。通知的发布单位常写在正文结束的右下角。也可以写在Notice的上方或前面，发布通知的日期一般写在正文的左下角(在落款的下一行)或写在通知正文的右上角(在Notice的下一行)。口头通知和书面通知都是宣布即将发生的事情及其具体内容，因而多用将来时，一般用祈使句来强调。通知的语言要简洁明了，条理清晰，准确无误，特别是时间概念很重要，必须写得十分明确，不容丝毫含糊。

写作点拨
倡议书是公开提倡某种做法，倡导某项活动，鼓动别人响应的一种信函文书。倡议书分为个人倡议书和集体倡议书两种。倡议书的结构为：标题、正文、署名和日期。高考一般只考查正文部分。倡议书的正文内容一般包括三部分：
第一部分：正文的开头。简明扼要地写出倡议的目的、意义和有关背景，让人们懂得“为什么”要去做所倡议的活动。只有了解了活动的目的、意义，人们才会自觉地行动起来。
第二部分：正文的主体。写倡议的主要内容和具体措施，即写“做什么”和“怎么做”。这是倡议书的核心部分。这部分最好用条款式分别列出，交代清楚，让响应者有所遵循，清楚要做什么和怎么去做，要写得明确、清晰。
第三部分：结尾。写倡议者的决心和希望。这部分要写得热情洋溢，富于鼓舞性，最好能提出一个能概括全文主旨的响亮、有力的口号，让响应者容易记住倡议的主要内容，并受到鼓舞。
