If we often eat a diet only containing raw vegetables served in vinegar and fruit, we might lose weight and become slim, but it isn’t able to keep us fit. If we are careless to eat poisonous mushrooms, we could be sick. If we are lack of vitamin C, we could become rickets. If we are short of protein and vitamin D, we could get scurvy. Most restaurants want to earn their living not to be in debt. Some could combine limited ingredients to make the flavor better. Some, in cooperation with others, could have a discount to benefit customers. Some could make a new sign of menu to attract customers. Some spy on others to win customers back. So we ought to glare at the raw materials of food and have them getting away with telling customers lies. A healthy and balanced diet should cut down the fat and increase the fibre that helps us digest better.
