二、一般过去时的构成：
由规则或不规则动词的过去式表示，除be外，其余动词没有人称和数的变化。
Be 动词：am和is的过去式是was, are的过去式是were.
动词have,一律用had, 没有人称和数的变化。
行为动词，一律用过去式，没有人称和数的变化。
谓语的行为动词的词尾变化如下：

三、一般过去时的用法：
1. 表示过去的动作或状态，常带有如yesterday, tw days ag, last week, last mnth, in 2020等时间状语以及when引导的时间状语从句。如：
We had fun last Sunday.
He was very busy when I saw him.
表示过去一段时间里经常或反复发生的动作。如：
When my brther was a teenager, he played table tennis almst every day.
例题解析：
