教学过程

1. Lead in

1) Let the Ss see four pictures about seasons and answer the questions:

Which season do you like best? Why?

2) Students should complete a poem.

2. Words and phrases

1)  Teachers teach students words and phrases. Teacher should pay attention to the pronunciation of words.

2)  Read together for 3 times.

3)  After that, students should finish some exercises about words to help them to remember words and phrases.

3. Texts

1) Before reading, teachers can lead students to finish the question on page 45, then answer 4 questions below.

2) Teachers ask the students to listen to the tape and read after it.

3) Teachers divide the text into 4 parts. Each past includes the content, picture and some language points or difficult points. Read by student themselves, and try to translate the text and find unfamiliar points. Then finish the exercises.

4) Lead the students to read the text and finish the tasks on page 45-46.

4. Language points

Lead the Ss to learn the language points according to the text.

1. What’s the weather like?=How is the weather?

4. spend; cost; pay and take用法

5. Summary

Students should make a summary from 4 aspects: words; phrases, text and language points

教学反思

This teaching period mainly deal with new words and reading. Students can master the new words and phrases. And they can express their favourite season. Though reading the text, teachers and students can analyze the usage of language points together. Therefore, this lesson can accomplish the aims of the first lesson. After class, teachers should ask students to review on time.
