want意为“想要”,后面既可以接名词, 也可以接动词不定式,want t d sth.意为“想要做某事”。“D yu want+某物?”意为“你想要……吗?”,用于询问对方是否想要某物,其肯定回答是“Yes , I d./Yes,please.”; 否定回答是“N, I dn’t./N, thank yu.”。

sme用于肯定句中,意思是“一些;若干”,后面接可数名词复数或不可数名词。sme还可用在一般疑问句中,表示希望得到对方的肯定回复或者表示建议、请求等。

( 1) 可数名词复数形式的变化有以下几种情况:一般情况在词尾加-s,map→maps by→bys以-s, -sh, -x, -ch结尾的名词,在词尾加-es,watch→watches以辅音字母加y结尾的名词,先变y为i,再加-es,family→families以-f或-fe结尾的名词,先变f或fe为v,再加-es,leaf →leaves knife→knives有结尾的名词,有生命的物体加-es,没生命的物体加-s,z→zs
