1. Warm-up & lead-in
(1) Free talk. “I like swimming. What d yu like?”
(Students can warm up by the free talk.)
Shw the vide f Part 1 (Listen, pint and say.) and say : What abut Lingling and her friends? What d yu like?
(Shw the vide f the activity Part 1 (Listen, pint and say.), s that students can intuitively understand the cntents f the pictures.)
2. Presentatin
(1) Shw the pictures f Sam’s pictures.
(2) Divide the whle class int 2 grups.
(3) Watch the vide with the questin “Wh are they?”, “What are they ding?”.
(4) Listen t the tape and find “-ing”.
(5) Talk abut the answers in the grup and reprt.
(6) The teacher shw the answers ne by ne.
(7) Retell the text.
(Further understand the meaning f the text, experience the language functin and sentence structure f the cre wrds and sentences, let the students cnsciusly imitate the prnunciatin and intnatin, cultivate the students' gd sense f language, and frm the habit f reading alud accrding t the meaning grup; Thrugh retelling the text, students can develp their cmprehensive language ability t understand the text as a whle.)
