    非限制性定语从句用来对先行词作补充说明。没有它,主句也能独立存在;非 限制性定语从句和主句的关系不密切,它与先行词之间常用逗号隔开。需注 意的是,that不能引导非限制性定语从句。一、非限制性定语从句的关系词1.关系代词的选择非限制性定语从句不能用关系代词that引导。指人时,如果关系词在从句中作 主语,要用wh,作宾语要用whm(此时whm不能用wh替代);指物时,关系词要

    三、非限制性定语从句需要注意的问题1.非限制性定语从句常常位于句末,但也可位于句中,这时前后都需要用逗号 隔开。The children, wh wanted t play ftball, were disappinted when it rained.那些孩子都想踢足球,因下雨而感到失望。2.“介词+关系代词”也可以引导非限制性定语从句。先行词指人时关系代词用whm,不可用wh/that;先行词指物时,关系代词用 which,不能用that。

    4.“名词+介词f+关系代词”有时可以用“whse+名词”或“f+关系代词+ 名词”替换。The building had been repaired, the rf f which was destryed again in a big fire.The building had been repaired, f which the rf was destryed again in a big fire.The building had been repaired, whse rf was destryed again in a big fire.那栋楼房曾经被整修过,但在一场大火中,楼顶又被烧毁了。
    5.as/which引导非限制性定语从句的区别(1)as引导非限制性定语从句时,先行词一般为整个主句;而which引导非限制性 定语从句时,先行词既可以是整个主句又可以是主句的一部分。He finished the task in time, as we had expected.他及时完成了任务,正如我们所预料的那样。The rad was t slippy, which caused lts f accidents.路太滑了,以至于引起了 很多事故。
    (2)as引导的非限制性定语从句的位置比较灵活,可位于句首、句中和句尾,而 which引导的非限制性定语从句常位于先行词之后。As everyne can see, she is very hnest.正如大家所看到的那样,她很诚实。She is hnest, which everyne can see.她很诚实,这一点大家有目共睹。(3)as引导非限制性定语从句时常意为“正如”,多用于固定搭配中:as is ften the case(这是常有的事),as is expected(不出所料),as ften happens(正如经常发
