    On my first day at senir high, I arrived, and I went t the gym fr the pep rally (动员大会). I felt nervus because I didn't knw anybdy. I sat dwn and then made a new friend, Nick.
    After the pep rally, Nick and I walked ut f the gym t ur first class, Mr. Maluf 's ancient civilizatin ( 文明). We walked thrugh the hallways lking fr the classrm. As we were walking, I realized all the hallways lked like the inside f a hspital. I wasn't used t being in a schl withut much decratin (装饰). My junir high was cvered with prjects n the hallways' walls.
    When Nick and I met Mr. Maluf we saw that he was f average ( 平均的) height and had brwn hair. The class culd tell frm his intrductin that he knew hw everyne in the class felt.
