    Teaching prcedures:
    Pre-task preparatin:
    Lk and think: Ss lk at the pictures and think what they are prbably ding. Try t get the answer: They are having a picnic.
    While-task prcedure:
    1. Read a pem: Play the cassette f the pem, Ss listen and repeat sentence by sentence. Then T invites individual Ss t read a verse each.
    2. Write: Read the pem again and cmplete the shpping list.
    3. Listen and write: Listen t three ther pems, and then cmplete the shpping list accrding t each pem.
    1) Shall we have a picnic?
    Shall we have sme bread?
    Let’s buy sme bacn t make sme sandwiches.
    Shall we have a picnic?
    Shall we have sme cakes?
    Let’s buy sme butter t put n the cakes.
    Shall we have a picnic?
    Picnics are nice.
    Let’s buy sme sft drinks and a big packet f nuts.
    2) Shall we have a birthday party fr Mum?
    Shall we have a birthday cake?
    Let’s buy sme candles t put n the cake.
    Shall we have a birthday party?
    Shall we have sme ndles?
    Let’s buy sme sausages t put n the ndles.
    Shall we have a birthday party?
    Birthday parties are wnderful.
    Let’s buy sme sweets and a big bag f fruit.
    3) Shall we have a barbecue?
    Shall we have sme chicken wings?
    Let’s buy sme hney t make the chicken wings nicer.

    Let’s buy sme tmat sauce t make the ptat nicer.

    4. Lk, speak and write:
    a. Ss wrk in grups f three, make a dialgue t find ut what fd and drink they and their classmates like/ dislike. And cmplete the shpping list.
    b. T asks grups t say a dialgue and invites individual Ss t read their shpping lists.
    Pst-task activity:
    1. Read and learn: Ss lk at the slide, read the sentences frm the pem t learn “... t d sth.”
    e.g. Let’s buy sme jam t spread n the bread.
    Let’s buy sme jam.
    We can spread the jam n the bread.
    Then rewrite sme sentences and read tgether.
    2. Write a pem: Re-read the pem n page 64. Write a similar ne with ther fd names. Then T invites sme Ss t read their pems in class.
    Optinal activity:
    Write: Suppse yur mther’s birthday is cming. Yu are ging t have a birthday party fr her. Write 6 t 8 sentences abut the preparatin.
    My mum is ging t be … years ld next mnth. We are ging t have a birthday party fr her. We are ging t buy sme …She likes it / them very much because it’s / they’re…
