    Simple present tense f ‘t d’
    T talk r write abut things that happen all the time r a number f times, we can use verbs in the simple present tense. Fr example:
    She gets up at six ’clck every mrning.
    We play basketball n Mndays and Thursdays.They ften discuss business at dinner.
    We use the simple present tense when we talk abut:
    My hair is lng.
    things that are true nw.
    things that we d regularly.
    Simn plays ftball after schl.
    Cats eat fish.
    things that are always true.
    We use ‘I’m’, ‘yu’re’, ‘we’re’, ‘they’re’, ‘he’s’, ‘she’s’ and ‘it’s’ when we write t ur friends r when we speak.
    We make psitive and negative sentences using the verb ‘t be’ in the simple present tense like this:

    We add -es t verbs that end in -s, -x, -ch r –sh.

    Sme verbs end in a cnsnant and -y. Then we drp the -y and add -ies.
