/s/, /z/ and /ɪz/ are the three cmmn ways f prnuncing the endings f plural nuns.
When a wrd ends in /p/, /f/, /θ/, /t/ r /k/, the new ‘-(e)s’ ending is prnunced /s/.
When a wrd ends in a vwel sund r a viced cnsnant sund (except /z/, /ʤ/and /ʒ/), the new ‘-(e)s’ ending is prnunced /z/.
When a wrd ends in /s/, /z/, /ʃ/, /ʒ/, /ʧ/ r /ʤ/, the new ‘-(e)s’ ending is prnunced /ɪz/.
