When we see an old woman lying at the bottom of the stairs, when we see a girl’s finger cut by some broken glass, when we see a man drops himself to the ground suddenly and has trouble hearing you or speaking to you, what should we do before help arrives? First of all, call 120 or 110. Doctors or police will come to offer help. Then find out what’s wrong with him or her. Third, if he or she feels cold, cover him or her with a coat.
