本节课是高中英语第一册Unit 1 Fd fr thught 的引入和阅读部分。本单元的话题为食物,这是一个学生既熟悉又陌生的话题。熟悉毋庸赘言,陌生则是因为食物的多样性。不同的国家有不同的食物,也有自己独特的饮食风俗。就这个特点而言,了解不同国家的食物,也就是在了解该国家的文化。教师应该抓住这个机会,一方面引导学生了解我们的本土食物,培养民族自豪感;同时也要引导学生意识到食物作为文化交流的桥梁媒介作用,培养跨文化交际意识。这应该是贯穿本单元始终的一个思想。语言能力目标上,关注重点单词,重点词组和句型。目标在于会读,会写,会运用,并重在落实。教师应该通过听写,练习等方式进行相应检测,及时了解情况。
