【教学目标】
1.能够正确听、说、认读单词: post, post office, clerk, all, place.
2.能听懂、会说本课的对话并能在实际情景中运用,能灵活使用询问地点的句型:
(1)能灵活使用询问地点的句型: Excuse me, Where is the ___________?
(2)询问价格的句型: How much is…? How much are…?

【教学方法】
教学卡片cards、卡纸、tape-recorder、多媒体课件ppt.
【教学过程】
Ⅰ.Warm-up
1.日常口语对话: Hello! Hi!Good morning!How are you? What day is it today? What would you like?
2.复习:课件出示一张待填写的明信片和人物(Jenny),用所学内容完成明信片,然后出示: I want to send this postcard to my mom and dad.学生据此提出问题,导入新课.
Ⅱ.Presentation
1.根据学生提的问题
(1)课件出示图片:邮局,然后教学: post office.
(2)提出问题: Where is the post office?
(3)学生自读课文,找出答案.
(4)询问别人问题,需要用: Excuse me这个礼貌用语.学生扮演Jenny,向老师问路: Excuse me, Where is the post office?教师边说边课件出示: Go straight. Turn left at the traffic lights.
(5)教学: traffic lights.
(6)教师:你能画出路线图吗?
(7)学生小组讨论,画一画.
(8)课件展示.
2.阅读At the post office环节,回答问题:
(1)How much are the stamps?
(2)How many stamps does Jenny take?
(3)Does Danny need stamps?
(4)What is Danny doing?学生阅读,然后小组讨论.
3.解答:
(1)How much are the stamps?
出示答案: One stamp is ten yuan.
(2)How many stamps does Jenny take?
a.学生说一说,然后出示答案: She takes two.
b.讲解:回答问题时,注意人称代词的变换.
(3)Does Danny need stamps?
a.学生说一说,文中哪句话说明了这个问题.
b.出示答案: Yes.
(4)What is Danny doing?
a.学生在原文中找一找相关句子,然后转换人称代词回答问题.
b.教师出示答案: He is writing nine postcards to his mother.然后提出问题:9张,这么多,为什么?
c.学生读课文,找出问题的答案.
d.课件出示句子: I want to show my parents all the famous places.
e.老师讲解: all the famous places,所有有名的地方,你知道有哪些吗?找学生说一说.适时进行热爱祖国的情感教育:我们有这样美丽的首都,感到骄傲.

1.Listen to the tape, and point to the sentences.
2.Read the text with the tape.
