Intelligence makes fr better leaders. It certainly makes sense that handling a market shift r anything like that requires intelligence. But new research n leadership suggests that, at a certain pint, having a higher IQ stps helping and starts hurting.

The researchers lked at 379 male and female business leaders in 30 cuntries acrss fields including banking, retail and technlgy. The managers tk IQ tests and each was rated (划分等级) n the leadership style and effectiveness by an average f eight c-wrkers.
