First of all, it’s a myth that no two snowflakes are the same. In 1988, a scientist found two exact same snow crystals(晶体)that had both formed in a snow storm in Wisconsin, USA. Since then scientists have come to learn that snowflakes can only form into 35 different shapes. When light hits a snowflake, it gets reflected back from the snowflake’s many surfaces, often bouncing(弹跳)between these surfaces, and because of this, light is reflected back to our eyes as the color white. As you develop those skills, your brain is making sure that the roads leading to them are especially fast and efficient. So, your videogame playing could be preparing you for a career such as a fighter pilot, or even a surgeon(外科医生).
This is a great time for you to practice new skills and discover what you’re good at and what you love doing. Go out and try different activities, and stick with them if you think they’re useful. Remember that with everything you do, you’re shaping your brain for the future.

West Longing tea is famous for its pleasant smell, sweet aftertaste and neat appearance. Longjing tea is topping the list of the most ten famous teas in China, which is named after its production region Longjing Village of West Lake.
It is recorded that this top-grade green tea was produced in the Tang Dynasty. And it became Emperor Qianlong’s favorite in the Qing Dynasty. Thanks to Qianlong, the tea has become famous fame. The story went that Emperor Qianlong once traveled in Hangzhou and he saw some ladies picking the tea at the foot of the mountain. He was so interested that he decided to have a go himself. While picking the tea, he received the news of his mother’s illness, so he carelessly put the leaves in his sleeves and left Hangzhou for Beijing. He visited his mother immediately upon his arrival in Beijing, and his mother smelt the fragrance of the tea leaves from his sleeves(袖子)and wanted to have a taste. After drinking a cup of tea, she found herself completely refreshed, and she even praised it as a cure for her illness. Since then it was listed as the tribute tea(贡茶).
Longing tea is famous for its pleasant smell, sweet aftertaste. The key lies in its roasting(烘干)process. Once the leaves are picked, they are dried for up to 10 hours. Tea makers then heat the leaves by hand, with temperatures up to 260℃. They are then left to cool and dry. Unlike other green tea, the leaves are pan fried, creating a completely different quality. Such a process calls for real craftsmanship—with both patience and hard work. For this reason, it was listed as a national-level non-material cultural heritage in 2008.
Fan Shenghua, 59, is one of the inheritors of this skill. He first learned it from his father when he was 14. His first experience of making the tea by hand was unforgettable. “_________Then my father said seriously, ‘This will be your life’s work, my son’,” he said. Save Food
Food is important to us. It’s our duty to save food. Today food waste is a big problem.
Once, while I was eating lunch at the school dining hall, I suddenly found that the student beside me threw his food away without saying a word. He didn’t even finish half of it. In my opinion, it is so bad to do that, because it is not easy for farmers to grow food nowadays. Besides many people in the world die of hunger every day, and they don’t have enough food to eat.
In order to stop food waste, first, do not order the food more than you can eat while eating outside. Second, try your best to save food at home as much as possible so that many people in the world can be helped. What’s more, if you can’t finish eating what you order in the restaurant, you can take it away instead of wasting it.
