2. 获取如何避免同伴压力的方法；
3. 推断作者对同伴压力的观点态度，并发表自己的观点。

1. 了解内向和外向人格的特点、常见表现及适合的职业；
2. 了解不同文化对人们性格的影响，并简单分析其原因。

引导学生阅读文本，并通过问答题对文章的内容进行梳理。
