    Here’s the stry f my grwth ver the past year.If anyne is inspired(激励) by this,that’s wnderful.
    I’d been stuck as this under-cnfident,fat and just frightened girl fr years and years and years.Since I was a little girl,I’d been stuck like this,and I had lived a life where I’d be afraid f everything.But then it all started changing.Smething clicked,and in ver a perid f six mnths I finally managed t stick t ne f my diets,bringing me frm verweight straight dwn t underweight.This prved(证明) that I culd change myself.
    One single time,I heard abut a public speaking thing ging n at my university,and fr the first time,I managed t keep up the curage t g there.Fr the first time I was able t share my stry,and able t d it in frnt f s many peple pssibly judging(评判) me,and suddenly all the fears abut speaking publicly started vanishing.I never felt mre cnfident.
    This taught me I culd get rid f (去除) my fears.It was frm that pint n that my rad t change went frm a rcky mess t a full-n empty highway.
    Using the fact that I culd change,and that I culd get rid f my fears,I started wrking n them ne by ne.My fear f talking t strangers,my fear f asking simple questins,my fear f hanging ut with peple,my fear f being f them were gne.And I still cntinue t prgress t this day.I’ve never stpped.
