Key vocabulary:  be interested in, take notes, be stressed out, on one's own, bit by bit, instead of doing...2. Key sentences:There are three good ways to... Its also a good idea to ...3.Structure: verb+by doing教学难点:Use the words and structures to write a letter and give advice to someone about the best way to learn English.教学过程(表格描述)教学环节主要教学活动设置意图Step 1Review(PPT 3-7)Provide Ss some exercises to review the key words and phrases of Unit 1 and read. 检测学生对本单元单词和短语的掌握情况。为本节课的写作积累语言素材。Step 2Lead-in(PPT 8-10)Ask Ss to have a free talk about methods of learning English. Use the important sentences in Unit 1.-How can we learn English well?-By taking part in relevant activities in English.By reading English story book.By listening to tapes over and over again....熟练本单元的基本句型,尤其是How...By...句子。Step 3Presentation(PPT 11-12)Work on 3a.1.Ask Ss to read the instructions in 3a.Ss write three best ways and give their reasons.Then give examples.2. Ask Ss to fill in the chart on their own.3.Ss exchange and discuss in groups.Teacher should help them and encourage them to communicate with their classmates.3a是写前铺垫,通过完成表格进行写作思路和内容上的准备,旨在激发兴趣并提供写作素材 Step 4Writing  (PPT 13-20)Work on 3b.Ask Ss to read the instructions in 3b.Let Ss write a letter to their friends to give adcice about the best ways to learn English. Ss exchange their letters with partners, and give evaluations.Show one of the good passages to other Ss.Analyzes the good sentence and correct the errors. 检测学生的灵活运用语言及书面表达能力。在学生谋篇布局写作中发现问题及时给予有针对性地指导Step 5Self Check (PPT 21-24)Work on 1.1.Ask Ss to read the words in the box and tell the Chinese meanings of them.2. Show in class.综合检测学生对本单元的词汇及语法的掌握。Step 6    Exercises (PPT 25-32) Practice the language points by these exercises. 通过填单词、单选、完成句子等形式练习所学的语言点。Step 7    中考链接(PPT 33) Practice the key words and the target languages from past exam papers..      本部分设计主要精选中考题,针对九上学生面临中考的情况,引导学生学习过程中与中考链接。Step 8Homework(PPT 34)Write an article about your own experiences of learning English.本节课是一个写作课,所以布置的作业也是和写作相关的。板书设计 Unit 1 How can we become good learners?Section B (3a-Self Check)                                                  教学反思 写作课的原则一般以先复习本单元的重点短语和句型,然后围绕着本单元的中心话题再来写作。2. 本课时先复习了本单元的核心单词短语,又复习了3a里面常用的结构,然后利用了3b给定的一些重点句式结构。3. 在引导学生写作之前,一定要让学生熟练基本的句型,而且要认真审核所给的作文题目的具体要求,然后再进行写作。4. 写作到完成后,老师可以抽取上中下各层次的范文进行分析点评。
