一、教学目标:
(1) 知识目标:能熟练掌握14-16这些数字和单词banana,grapes, strawberry.
(2)技能目标:能将所学的交际用语用于日常交际。
(3)情感目标:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
(4)学习策略目标:通过小组活动培养学生的合作精神和竞争意识。
二、教学重难点:
在任务中引导学生积极运用所学英语14-16这些数字进行表达和交流,使学生的多元智能在交际活动中得以体现和发展。
三、教学方法:
情景教学法、任务教学法、全身动作反应法、活动教学法、游戏教学法。
四、教具准备:
课件、卡片,跳绳, 各种小贴画。
五、教学过程:
Step 1: Warming-up exercises.
a.Greetings.
T:There are some teachers in the classroom.Let’s greet to them.
Ss: Hello! Hi!Good morning!How are you?……
b.Chant and dance together..(CAI显示FLASH 动画,学生跟随其边唱边跳。)
【设计意图:通过课前的热身活动,拉近师生间的情感距离,消除学生的紧张心理,为投入本课的学习创造积极的心态。韵句FLASH动画是有关10以内数字的,和本课教学内容紧密结合。】
Step 2: Revision.
a.T:How many trees are there on the blackboard? Let’s count together.
Ss: one two three.
T:I have prepared a lot of fruit for you. But what fruit do you like? Now, let’s make a survey in groups and then get the fruit here. We have three groups here. Let’s name each group with the fruits and fruit names.
Group One, apple is red and round. Do you like apples?
S: Yes.
Teacher can also ask the group members “What about you?”
T: OK. You are Apple Group. The first group is Apple Group. Here’s a plate of apples and an apple tree for you.
S: Thank you.
T: Group Two, what do you like, oranges or bananas?
S: Oranges.
T: OK. You are Orange Group.
S: Orange Group, come on, come on.
T: Here’s a plate of oranges and an orange tree for you. Group Three, pears are yellow and sweet. Do you like pears?
S: Yes, we do.
T: You are Pears Group. Here’s a plate of pears and a pear tree for you.
T: Who would like to be the group leader? You are the assessment group members today . Rembember it’s an English party. So let’s speak English. No Chinese, OK? We are going to assess you in these 3 points.
Show the assessment card. Tell them that the whole course of their acitivity is to be assessed and the best group is the winners.(出示评价卡:1. 积极参与,热情高涨,小组配合默契; 2. 声音洪亮,语音语调基本正确,大胆使用英语; 3. 活动有创意,效果好。告诉学生们今天所以的活动都将进行评价,最好的小组就是最终的获胜小组。这种学习过程中的评价不仅仅是一种激励,更是一种语言学习的正确导向,很有创意。)
T: If you are good at 1 point. That’s OK. You will get a small sticker. If you are good at 2 points. That’s good. You will get a medium sticker. If you are good at 3 points. That’s great. You will get a big size sticker. Please try harder.
b. T: Look at this picture,. Which numbers can you see?(CAI显示一至十这十个卡通数字)
Ss: one two three four five six seven eight nine ten.
T: How many numbers can you see? Ss: Ten.
【设计意图:师生的自由谈话不仅消除了彼此的陌生感,同时为本课即将学习的新数字做了自然的铺垫,为学生创造习得语言的机会,增强了新旧知识的联系。】
Step 3: Presentation.
a.T:Today we’ll study "How many…?"(CAI)
b.T: Look! Ballons! How many balloons can you see?(课件显示15个飘动的气球)
Ss: 15.
T: Yes, it’s fifteen . 贴英语卡片
c. Use the same method to teach Ss.how to read "fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven".
(全班读、开火车读、比赛读、小老师领读、男女生读、高低音读)
d.(出示数字卡通卡片,从小学生的心理特点出发,数字拟人化)T:I have five numbers. Guess,what’s in my hand? If you are right, the number is for you.
Ss: Guessing the numbers:11,12,13,14,15.(此时不忘学习语言的目的是为了应用,很自然的应用。)
e.T: Look carefully! What’s missing?(请学生猜猜老师拿走了黑板上的哪张卡片)
f. T:The numbers and the words are good friends. Can you match them?(请学生把数字与英文单词相匹配,同时播放音乐)
【设计意图:进一步渗透本课所学语言知识:" fifteen,fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven",形式上力求有“信息差”,避免无意义的机械性操练,语言的操练在真实运用活动中以游戏形式进行。】
g. T: Boys and girls , are you tired? Let’s do body exercises, OK?Boys and girls.Stand up,please.Do the action and say after me.
Ss&T: Express 1--10 with body.(伸出两手的大拇指说one,one, one one one;伸出食指和中指做小兔状蹦蹦跳跳two,two,two two two two;伸出三只指头做小猫状说Three,three, three three three.;伸出四根手指头左右摆动说Four four four four four;伸出手掌两人互相击掌说Five, five,five five five.;伸出拇指和小指做打电话状说Six, six,six six six; 伸出拇指、食指和中指做夹子状说Seven, seven seven seven seven.;伸出拇指和食指做开枪状说Eight,eight, eight eight eight.;弯曲食指做拉钩状说Nine, nine, nine nine nine.;两手举起向上说Ten,ten, ten ten ten. )
【设计意图:让学生在紧张的学习后得到片刻轻松的欢娱,肢体得到放松,心灵得到放飞。】
h. T:Let’s play a game about numbers(一闪而过). Look, Which number?
课件说明:在电脑中快速闪过一个英语数字,让学生说出刚才闪过是是哪个数字,学生回答后电击鼠标则会出现刚闪过的英语数字,学生判断对错并齐读。
Ss: Say the numbers loudly.
j. T: I have some balloons. How many ballloons can you see?
课件说明:在电脑屏幕上出现15个飘动的气球,点击任何一个气球该气球就会爆炸。教师接着问:How many ballloons can you see?然后让学生自己上台操作电脑并向同学提问。
Ss look and answer: I can see fifteen\fourten balloons.
T: I have some apples. How many apples can you see?
课件说明:在电脑屏幕上出现13个又红又圆的苹果,点击任何一个苹果则会出现一只蚂蚁把苹果搬走。教师接着问:How many apples can you see? 然后学生自己上台操作电脑并向同学提问。
【设计意图:交待本课的活动任务,引导学生们运用课件来学习本课的语言功能句“How many…can you see?”及其回答“I can see…” 这一任务贴近学生生活,是学生喜闻乐见的活动,具有真实性,学习过程就是在老师引导下学生用所学语言交流的过程;在大量习得语言的基础上学得语言。同时注意对学生的评价,激励学生的学习积极性,分别进行全班评价、小组评价、个人评价和教师评价等多种形式。】

k. T:Let’s read after the computers. Ready ,go!
课件说明:在电脑屏幕上出现fifteen\fourten\thirteen\ftwelve\eleven这五个新单词,点击任何一个单词则会出发出读音。让学生跟读,培养学生的听力和读英语的能力。
Ss: fifteen\fourten\thirteen\twelve\eleven .
Step 4: Drills
a.Line up every group.(课件出示报数要求,学生依次报数,比一比哪组同学报数时读音准、速度快。)
b.Game: Who is the biggest?
课件说明: 在电脑屏幕上出现一组组数字,如15 eleven thirteen,让学生快速判断哪个数字最大并大声用英语说出它,反应最快的同学可以为本组赢得一枚标志并自己把它贴在本组的树上。
c. Quick response.
课件说明:在电脑屏幕上出现一组组算术,如2×3+5=?thirteen-eleven =?fifteen-5=?等,让学生快速算出并用英语回答,反应最快的同学同样可以为本组赢得一枚标志并自己把它贴在本组的树上。
【设计意图:进一步巩固所学,鼓励学生在适当的情景中使用所学语言进行交流,培养了学生综合运用英语的能力。利用报数、比大小、“谁算得快”等竞赛游戏,使学生进入紧张、兴奋的状态,集中注意力,既提高学生的学习兴趣,又巩固了数字的表达法,体现了学科之间的相互渗透。】
d.引导学生说出中国人的幸运数字6、8、9和忌讳数字4;介绍西方的幸运数字7和忌讳数字13。对比中西方文化差异。
e.Let’s have a competition about jumping.
f. 数各组贴画水果个数,以评出本节课的获胜小组。(学生们异常兴奋,课堂气氛达到高潮。)
【设计意图:通过讨论幸运和不幸运数字来展示不同国家的文化。比赛跳绳和数各组贴画水果个数是让学生们在玩中学、学中玩,加深对数字的熟练掌握程度。】
六、Homework
将fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, banana,grapes, strawberry默写5遍。
