Its ...)            a short talk to lead to our topic today.通过交谈,简单引入主题   To stimulate the interest of this class.to lead to our topic today; to give an interesting topic to talk with 英文故事引发继续学的兴趣,引话题,并引发接下来的谈资.               To expand students vocabulary; to summarize what they remember in the story通过自主总结扩充学生词汇量,巩固记忆Step2 Presentation  1a. Read silently and match each postcard with the correct picture in 2a Listen and take notes:     (     ) the greetings     _____ the activities      circle  the weather   Read Su Lin’s postcard and fill in the blanks.  Read Dave’s postcard and complete the mind-map.[Post-reading] 2c. Fill in the chart with information from the postcard in 2b. Pair Work  Retell Su Lin’s and Dave’s vacations with the chart.   Su Lin is on her holiday in Canada. She is visiting her aunt and studying English in a summer school. She is also visiting old friends. She is happy.
