人教版英语七年级下册教学设计年 级七年级科 目英语授课人 时间 课题名称Unit9 What does he look like? 课时Sec A-1a-2c一、学情分析 二、学习目标及依据By the end of this class, Ss will be able to:1.语言目标 :1) 能掌握以下单词: hair, curly, straight, tall, medium, height, thin, heavy, build; straight hair, a medium build, look like, be of medium height, 能掌握以下句型:① --What does he/ she look like? --He/ She is tall/short/heavy/thin/of medium build/height. --He/ She has long/short straight/curly hair.②--Is he short or tall ? --He is really tall2) 能掌握本单元出现的表示人外观的词组及句型,并能结合实际生活进行灵活运用这些词组及句型描述别人的外表,提高写作水平。2. 情感态度价值观目标:该部分内容贴近学生的生活,谈论的话题是人物外观。通过互相询问或谈论自己或对方在外观的特点,关心他人,结交友谊,学会赏识,懂得心灵美比外表美更重要。 三、重难点重点掌握本课新单词和句型和怎样描述一个人的外貌。难点情形容词的使用,掌握描述人物外貌的方法四、教学活动及设计思路教学环节教学内容设计目的Step1. Lead-in See some pictures : Different people have different looks. T - Everyone is special! No matter he is tall or short, thin or fat ! 2. WATCH A CARTOON: Where is Rora?T- Tell me when and how you describe a person.S-(When you are looking for someone. )T - Any other ideas?S - (when you're introducing someone)S - (when you mention提到someone)T - Then how do you describe a person?S - name/age/clothes/appearance/... to lead to the topic. 简单的图片交流,引出本课话题:人物外观 to stimulate the interest of this class; to bring a short talk about how your describe a person 动画视频引发学生兴趣,并引起对外观描述的交流讨论:如何描述一个人,以及何时需对人物进行外貌描述 Step2 Presentation How do you describe a person about their appearance? To improve the listening skills on getting the information quickly and correctly通过信息表格的填写巩固语言,加强信息捕捉的听力技能。 Step3 Practice Pair workDescribe David, Sally, Peter's appearances according to the information of 2b. Sample.David is heavy and tall. He has curly hair.Sally is thin and of medium height. She has long straight hair.Peter is short. He has short hair. 2c. Student A looks at the chart in 2b. Student B asks Student A questions about one of the people and then draws a picture of the person.
